Linda Talley is an organizational consultant, executive coach and business speaker, drawing upon 20 years of diverse professional experience in consulting, teaching, and training. As a consultant to businesses and other organizations, Linda focuses on the “people side of business” which includes prosocial skills development for more effective working relationships. She works with individuals and groups to enhance leadership effectiveness and conducts research that informs their decision-making and planning.
